To embed sustainability deep into our operational DNA and ensure the long-term implementation of eco-friendly practices, our manufacturing plant has made strategic and large-scale investments in state-of-the-art green infrastructure and energy-saving equipment, including:
· 48,000 square meters (516,667 square feet) of rooftop solar power installations, our flagship renewable energy project
· Professional waste gas treatment and control systems
· Advanced wastewater purification and recycling facilities
· Two large 110KV energy-efficient air compressors
· Two large 35KV energy-efficient air compressors
Thanks to these targeted and substantial green initiatives, our manufacturing facility has achieved a remarkable milestone: 85% of the electricity required for our daily production operations is generated by on-site solar energy. This achievement not only significantly reduces our reliance on traditional fossil energy and cuts carbon emissions, but also solidifies QS Safety's position as an industry leader in low-carbon manufacturing—proving that sustainable development and high-quality production can go hand in hand.
